Ads Manager

This streamlined approach will be accessible to businesses through the Ads Manager, providing a more cohesive experience.
Maximum Performance
WhatsApp Business is taking significant steps to unify its platform by eliminating the previously distinct experiences tailored for businesses of varying sizes. Now, all setup processes and workflows will be consolidated into a single, centralized location within the Ads Manager. According to the company, businesses will have the ability to upload their subscriber lists after completing the onboarding process. They can then choose to manually select marketing messages as an additional placement or utilize the Advantage+ feature, where Meta’s advanced AI models will automatically optimize their budgets to ensure maximum performance.
Two New Features
Focusing on the two new features, WhatsApp Business users will soon have access to the Business AI chatbot, which is capable of crafting personalized product recommendations tailored to individual customers, thereby enhancing the potential for increased sales.
