The startup now offers beneficial service to Baltimore, Columbus, Jersey City, Kansas City, Milwaukee, Oklahoma City, Palm Springs, Pittsburgh, Raleigh and St. Louis. So as a result Postmates reaches of total service areas to 40 different cities across 17 states and the District of Columbia.

Postmates for Web have been expanding steadily in recent years, but it would be interesting to view when the delivery firm would branch out of the United States. The popular Walgreens also announced an official partnership with on-demand startup Postmates for providing same-day delivery at reasonable price. The on-demand delivery service via Postmates would be available at 600 Walgreens stores throughout the country. Postmates has always provided on-demand deliveries of items sold at Walgreens, but with an official partnership, Postmates gets efficacious access to Walgreens’ full catalog of items. Postmates would work expediently with Walgreens to keep their catalog of the 500 most familiar items in the store current.

Postmates has two types of prosperous partners which use the Postmates API, like Etsy and Starbucks, to provide on-demand delivery services inside their apps, and those whose storefronts live within the Postmates app, like Chipotle, 7-Eleven and Walgreens.
